K-1 Beginner Program - Balls will be provided at first practice 

Introduction to basketball basics. Basketballs will be provided.  Sessions will include skill building drills for dribbling, passing, catching, shooting, pivot foot, what is defense, what is offense. We will also touch on the rules of basketball. We will make having fun a top priority through races and fun games. Cost is $75.00.

Lead by Coach: NEED A COACH (I have a detailed coaching plan to follow if needed)

Schedule - Tuesday, December 1st, 2026 through February 16th, 2027, at Conewago Elementary from 5-5:45pm (I do realize this time is hard for some families but this school has a gym that we can lower all of the basketball nets so we can focus on shooting more during our practices.)

December 1st – Conewago – 5:00 - 5:45pm (basketballs will be handed at practice)

December 8th – Conewago – 5:00 - 5:45pm

December 15th – Conewago – 5:00 - 5:45pm

December 22nd – NO PRACTCICE

December 29th – NO PRACTCICE

January 5th – Conewago – 5:00 - 5:45pm

January 12th – Conewago – 5:00 - 5:45pm
